down 1.4 lbs form last week. Not great but OK. This week we are suposed to focus on filling foods. Veggies fruit low fat protien, high fiber etc. As this is what my DH is currently interested in we will see how it works.

This is my adventures in weight loss, Picking a bike, getting in shape to do a week long bike tour, and picking a cool place to tour. I've got 100 lbs and a lot of work to go but I'm going to get there!
